Started at 5:20 and finished by 6:00...and that includes washup and baking time!

Here is the recipe for Banana Muffins...
Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 cups Plain flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 125 grams softened Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 very ripe Bananas, mashed with a fork
- 1/2 cup Milk
- pinch salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease 5×9″ loaf tin, or a muffin tin.
- Cream butter & sugar together with an electric beater.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add the mashed bananas, again beating in well.
- Start to add the dry ingredients a little at a time, alternating with milk.
- Beat until well combined.
- Spoon mixture into loaf tin or muffin tray.
- Bake 55-60 minutes in the loaf tin, or for 25 minutes for muffins.
- Test by inserting a metal skewer into the middle of the cake.
- It's ready when skewer comes out clean.
